The toolkit has two main sections. First is a self-assessment quiz, which is a series of 11 multiple-choice questions designed to help get you thinking about your current system for rewarding your employees. Please take the time to answer these questions before looking at the second section, which reviews the strategic considerations you might make in the process of reviewing your existing reward system. More detailed information on all the issues raised in the quiz and toolkit can be found in the project report.
