Today’s uncertain global context demands innovative new approaches to managing fair reward - from navigating the rapid advances in technology through AI and automation, to the increasing volatility of currencies and cost of living, as well as shifting power and colonial legacies.

This roundtable is about how reward structures must adapt and innovate to support fairness and inclusion within and across organisations.

There will be plenty of opportunity for shared learning – something attendees at previous events have emphasised as a real highlight.
