INGO Reward Conference

Our flagship conference is hosted every two years in Edinburgh, Scotland. It is an energising and inspiring two-day event that brings together an international cohort of HR and Reward Professionals to share learnings and insights and stay up to date on the latest trends and challenges across the INGO sector.

Roundtable events

On alternative years to our conference, we host a themed roundtable meeting that dives into specific challenges faced by our members. The roundtable is designed as a collaborative, co-creation type event, offering our network the opportunity to contribute to new frameworks and resources that support the INGO sector.
