Project Fair hosted its two-day flagship conference Tuesday, 30th June - Wednesday, 1st July 2026 at the University of Edinburgh Business School. 27 delegates travelled for this event from Ghana, Kenya, Georgia and a number of US, European and UK locations. In total we had representation from 11 countries worldwide.
The theme for this year's conference was on Navigating Reward in a Changing Landscape. The objectives were to:
- Explore and share current trends and best practices in the INGO Reward sector
- Be challenged to think in new ways and from new and different perspectives
- Strengthen professional networks for ongoing collaboration and knowledge sharing
Through presentations, technical workshops and innovation sessions, this two-day conference offered a unique opportunity for HR and Reward professionals to share insights, strategies, and practical solutions for adapting our reward practices to meet new challenges.
