Project Fair hosted an Introductory workshop in Nairobi to engage with new and existing members in the region.
The Project Fair team coordinated a two-day workshop to introduce and showcase fair reward research and resources, including presenting case study examples of how these resources have been applied by current partner organisations. We created an interactive space that allowed participants to engage with each other to generate awareness and opportunities for applying fair reward practices in their workplaces.
The aims of the event included:
- Showcase Project Fair research and resources on fair reward
- Support regional engagement with INGOs in Nairobi around equitable pay and fair reward practices
- Highlight applied examples from current partner organisations to demonstrate the range of benefits and opportunities Project Fair resources can contribute
- Provide space to address targeted issues raised by participants to generate actionable insights and recommendations that can be incorporated into their existing policies and practices
